In today’s information age we move less, sit more, eat poorly, and have a limited amount of free time. This sedentary lifestyle has taken its toll on our bodies, leaving us energy deprived, inefficient, and injury prone.
What is CrossFit??
CrossFit is a “back to basics” type of training. Compound functional movements allow athletes to meet and exceed their fitness goals in a short time period. There are no stationary machines or weekly repetitive routines —the program is constantly varied providing a new challenge each day.
CrossFit is a combination of Olympic weightlifting, power-lifting, calisthenics, gymnastics (any bodyweight exercise), sprints, plyometrics, metabolic conditioning, and a few hard to categorize exercises (think rope & wall climbing, etc.), with a time or task oriented domain. We work towards becoming proficient in all ten components of fitness: Agility, Accuracy, Balance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Strength, & Stamina

Our highly efficient, universally scalable fitness program is the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. - At the end of your FREE session we will sit down together and determine which of the following will be the best for you.
- 12 Session Private
- 6 Session Fast Track (must be physically fit)
- 12 Class On Ramp
- Test Out (must have experience w/ CrossFit & Oly Lifting)

The Facility:
CrossFit Campbell is a top notch 4650 sf training facility conveniently located off Hwy 17 @ Camden, Hwy 85 @ Union.
We have multiple restrooms, multiple showers, a kitchen/lounge (ya work out hard, rest/play hard), child drop off area (not child care, but you can bring your little one with ya), and both the facility and the parking lot are well lit and are very secure.
