Feeling tight? Looking for more flexibility? CrossFit works. It makes us strong and fit. It also makes us tight. To counteract some of that tension we have been thinking of adding a yoga class to our line-up. We had something like this in mind….
Before the haters start popping off, I am only poking fun of my own (peeps) so relax. And no, we are not really adding Yoga to CFC.
For the first time in a long time, a much needed day off will be recognized Mon, May 30 (we will NOT be open. there will be no substitute coach. pass it on).



Jeanne and I are pretty consistant in following this regiment on Friday nights.

I was up in Novato today at Mischfit and we did a pretty sweet fight gone bad!
1 minute each:
Jumping Pullups
Burpees
20 lb DB push press
Battle Rope
Lunges
We did 4 rounds and that was more than enough! See you all thursday as I have my last credential classes Tuesday and Wednesday night!
