week 3 ohs: 65x5, 75x3, 95x5 (had more reps in me, was going to try and do another set to find something close to a 1rm, but ran out of time. i'll just have to approximate the target next week when i update my sheet)

metcon: 8:21 Rx'd

COR

OHS week 3:
45 x 5, 50 x 3, 55 x 10 (could have done a few more reps)

Metcon: 9:29 (10:41 back on 2-11-11)
As RX this time with kipping pull-ups and a few chin-ups (on 2-11-11 only did 15 unassisted pull ups with 22 blue band and 13 jumping)

(on 2/11/11 it was 11:13 w/ knee push ups in my burpees and black band pull ups -- seeing progress keeps me inspired!)

OHS WK3 7x135# felt as though I had a couple more reps in me but people were getting pretty close to me during my lift and I wasn't fully comfortable. I didn't want to dump 135# with a bunch folks standing around not paying attention.

MetCon: 6:53 the WOD wasn't nearly as bad as the aftermath. All I can say is, ouch!

Pullups: blue band for 25 then the arms pooped out and moved to green for the rest.

- last 5 burpees push up was on knees

Conditioning: 10 green pull-ups, the rest black. Gotta work on pull-ups. Think everything else had pretty good form.

11:19 (?). 2.5 mile run after. Dogs are fans of the warm weather so we ran at a pretty slow pace.

Oly work: 3-position C&J warm ups, then worked up to heavy single on C&J 80kg new pr by 3kg! Then cleaned 83kg and almost jerked it, so close! 83kg is a new clean pr by 4kg. Felt awesome today lifting, form was spot on.

CFC, OHS 95x3 115x3 135x7
Shoulders gave out before legs and core.

Jason that sucks about people being in your space. I am playing at 9am tomorrow.

Pull-ups: no band for the first 10, then a blue band for the rest. I was frustrated with my time and lack of energy, but I guess that's what I get for missing a couple classes.

I am really happy with my time :) I think that means I need to try incorporating the green band.....
