Summer has arrived! Just a quick reminder to stay hydrated. Our Cali weather has been fickle, but the heat's a comin'.
What are you doing with the kiddies now that school is out? We have our MAX Fit Kids classes meeting every Mon, Wed, & Fri from 10:00-11:00. Sessions fill quickly, be sure to reserve your spot today!
Maria & I are attempting to gauge the interest in splitting the 6pm into two sessions. We are aware of traffic & work commitments making getting here on time difficult for some of you. In a perfect world, how well would a 5:30-6:30 & 6:30-7:30 class work? Keep in mind you would have to commit to one session time.
Many thx to those of you who made it in yesterday for strength/skills progression review. It will pay off huge for you! Next Saturday we will review Press/Push Press/Push Jerk (we should see a lot of you in here for that one).
Way to go for those of you who elected to make up a missed session (way to keep on track). Several of you had us video tape your lifts and improved a great deal after reviewing with us. We as coaches still use tape of our lifts to improve as well, keep learning, keep improving!
