last 2 sets of push ups on my knees. lame.

OHS week 3:
60 x 5, 70 x 3, 80 x 7

Metcon: 5:31 (was traveling on 5-2-11 & missed this)
85# for the power cleans. Should have gone heavier. Maybe 105# next time?
DUs every other jump (only counting the DU).
Practiced DUs at the end and did a string of 7. Almost there.... Soon, very soon.

This time was slower than in May, but I did all full push ups this time (some were on knees in May), and I did all DUs this time, whereas I only did 15 singles before

shaved 1:07 off my last effort, so much faster today; next time i should bump cleans up to 135#

75# - too light, form was bad for most, basically used upper body
Hated DUs today - couldn't srtring consecutives, had to do every other one
Added time since May, but upped weight, and tanked DUs

Week 2 OHS: 110 X 7
Stopped early to save right shoulder. Video shows me cork-screwing on the way up. Top of rt glute/low back area is still hinky. Better once I engaged the core. Rt shoulder still not happy.

MetCon: 6:07 (compared to 6:38 on 5/02/11)
Cleans @ 95#
PU and DU Rx

First set of DU's stunk. 2-4 were clean. Last set bonked at 12. Could shave another 15 seconds on better DUs.

Form on cleans broke down in last two sets. CMax video showed my elbows bending early. Should go up in weight next time to 105#.

This is where I would normally type my snatch workout numbers from today and the awesome progress I was making. Today the bar kicked my ass maybe tomorrow I can try and redeem myself. I lost the bar overhead on a rep @ 75# when we were warming up and from that point on couldn't get my left shoulder to cooperate. Failed at 125, did backed down to 95, went up to 115 and called it a day

Last time, 5:55 @65# and only singles. Today, 75#, and all DU. Probably could have done more weight. Going through another period where I forget my times but think it was 8:23. More weight, DU instead of singles but longer time. I guess that is OK...

I still can't do DU, so Courtney had me do 75 single reps. (It sucked) One of these days I'll master the DU
