Back Squats are going to take over the Dead Lift for a while. They will probably become our focus on Monday as Dead Lifts were (unless I see Mon's being "cherry picked"). For those of you worried about losing out on DL, no worries. They will still be a part of MetCon's. There will be opportunities on Saturday's.

Looking forward to adding the Back Squat. I do admit that I will hate seeing the heavy Deadlift go. It's probably my favorite lift! Hope to work it in on Saturdays then.
