Think I need to take a couple days off. To many days heavy training last week has caught up with me. I was trying to talk myself out of doing the MetCon the whole time I was doing strength. I finally just decided I am here, I may as well get it done. Certainly wasn't my best effort.

No previous time to compare to. I missed the 5/27 workout and didn't post back in November. Legs felt like jello during the first 3 shuttles after each set of Thrusters.

Week 4 MP

This work out stunk big time. I started out with 95# thrusters and got 16 reps my first round and dropped down to 75# for the remaining sets.

Chin ups needed assistance with blue band by the last set of 9.

Shuttle run just sucked!
