Tried 105 and couldn't do it. This is a lift I really need to work on. Didn't feel right at all.

BP numbers are up from when we last had done them so that feels great. Glad to see i have gotten stronger on a lift that we haven't done in months. Also the shoulder felt really good doing the BP.

BP 90# x 4, supersets down from 85# to 45#
(left back issues were much more obvious then I would have thought on BP)

Shoulders were a bit sore, plus still feeling some strain from my poor lifting form on Monday. Worked up to 105 on BP.
Now off for a week and a half to Montana and Wyoming!
