PP Week 4

Bench Press: 45x5, 75x5, 95x5

Tried 105 and couldn't do it. This is a lift I really need to work on. Didn't feel right at all.

BCCastello

Good day today.

PP: 105 x 8

BP:

95 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 5
120 x 4
125 x 5

BP numbers are up from when we last had done them so that feels great. Glad to see i have gotten stronger on a lift that we haven't done in months. Also the shoulder felt really good doing the BP.

BCCastello

was 120 x 5 not 4

Nicole

Rach

Week 2 PP: 35# dumbbells x 3

Bench Press:

80x5
would have tried 85# for last set if I didn't run out of time.

Mike

week 2 p/j: 170x7

b/p: 155x5, 185x5, 210x5x3 (it's been a while but my estimated #'s felt pretty good. it just really left me wondering what the hell my 1rm is now...)

these strength-focused weeks have been awesome, a nice change up, thanks courtney.

Shoulders were a bit sore, plus still feeling some strain from my poor lifting form on Monday. Worked up to 105 on BP.

Now off for a week and a half to Montana and Wyoming!

Gina

First time doing BP ever, so I'm really happy with my numbers!
50x5

sodapop
