Had to do an alternate version modified by Gina because I couldn’t do the CFC version due to work…

12 Dips – straight leg using a chair
11 Air Squats
10 Double Unders
9 Sit ups
8 Clapping Push-ups
7 Mountain Climbers
6 Superman – Bend & Reach
5 Burpees
4 Jumping split squats
3 Jump Squats
2 Jumping Jacks
1 20 Second Plank
