No mods this time. I did it in 25:23 last time, but I had modified the DUs and Burpees last time due to my calf injury.

An increase of 5# on the bar (ok, it's been a while since I've made an actual CFC workout, but still...) and, more importantly, I shaved a 1:42 from Nov!!
