Todd

Great lift, vey tough to get everything working in sync!
worked up to 115lbs
Note for next time: Stand up!

NTF

Lots of snatch & clean today. Progressed up to single reps @ 82.5#. Having dedicated sessions like today really help develop the mechanics and build confidence.

Mike

snatch: progressive sets (triplets, doubles) up to 115#

COR

Snatch practice with sets of 3 and 2 (for the later sets).
Started somewhere around 35# and worked up to 85# for the last 3-4 sets.

Rach

Snatch practice up to 65# x 3

Jamison

Snatch:
45x3
65x3
75x3
85x3
95x2
105x1
110xFAIL
110x1 (PR!)
This is one of my favorite lifts! Still need to work on some flaws though

Gina

Snatch:
(45#x3) x9??
(55#x3) x1

Having a tough time getting the hang of it! Can't figure out how to keep my arms straight! 55# was a tough weight to use considering my max OHS is 60#.

Tony Colicchio

Snatch 95x3, 125x3, 135x2, 145x1, 145x1, 155xf

K2

Snatch practice: progressed up to 115#. Two successful "power" snatches at that weight (did not drop under very much). Lots of skin left on the bar from my shins.

Oh yeah, and 115# is a PR!

Chett Garcia

Snatch:
3X65, 75, 95
2 x 105, 105
1 x 115
1 x 125
1 x 130 (PR)
But go bigger next time.

Jenn Mateus

Had coordination problems with "f$&#ing" the bar. Humm, need to practice.
