Because of the 3 lifts performed this week, and in preparation for the big move (cages & platforms have been moved already), we are doing an oldie but a goodie.
C2 500m & 400m run...(or) help pull rubber floor mats :)

Metcon: Damper @ 8 and 4-6 minute rest periods in between each round.

Rested 5 or 6 minutes between each round. My voice is still out and the runs were the limiting factor, I was running out of breath pretty quickly. This was a toughie!

3:57, 3:58, 4:01 and 4:05. Just for shits and giggles went a fifth time and that was 4:15. Damper at 7.
Really like workouts like this one! If only we had worked in the prowler, it would have been perfect.
