week 2 P/P 125# for 8

row 2500m damper7 10:39

still adjusting to amended work schedule / 7 am classes. sleep has been off

chose to row rather than run for following reasons:

didnt have a benchmark for the 2500m row, while i got a benchmark for the mile last week.

also, knew today was an off day so id rather set a benchmark for something new than run a slower mile and not really get much from it.

Need to focus on getting the back leg lower. Right shin soreness is still lingering. It felt like it affected the split jerk tonight.
