100 yd Prowler shuttle w/90# lo/hi (FAIL)
I needed a spot just to keep moving on each lo leg. CMax cut me short before the longest shuttle. C2 row was 20 cal in 40 sec for remaining time.
40 yd Prowler hi only out and back
C2 for remainder was 54 cal
100 yd Prowler shuttle hi only
C2 for remainder was 20 cal.
Brutal workout. The new parking lot is not prowler friendly.

After tabata: 4:00 time cap, 100m prowler shuttle, 50#, 5 cal
Much harder today after tabata, needed help on the furthest distance, only had 25 sec to row

Made up 5-3-1 Squats 295# X 5
The four minutes of Hell:
4 minutes to do 100 meter prowler shuttle at 90lbs and then AMCAP on rower to finish the 4 minutes: 32 cal.
