Strength week 3 OHS: 115 lbs 1 rep. only got up to 1 rep of the second working set. Wasn't my best OHS day.
GM's: 95 lbs 30 reps
K2E: 50 reps
OHP lunges: 40 reps per leg with 45 lbs overhead

week 3 OHP - 5 @ 80#....good since 2 weeks ago when I did week 3 OHP after a metcon I got maybe 2. and i felt these 5 were solid
