I did "cleans" in the true Crossfit sense: I managed to move a heavy load over a certain distance more than 1 time. To call my form "good" would be a stretch....

5:45 @85#. Seem to have lot the ability to do consecutive DU in a workout. Did all DU, but took a while. No problem before or after tho doing consecutive ones. Grrr.
