Our Inaugural CFC Paleo Challenge was geared toward getting everyone back on track with their nutrition after the holidays. It was introduced as a lifestyle, not a diet. Our 29 participants put up a gallant effort. We believe everyone looked better in their after photos. There were a ton of inches reduced. Many of you were noticeably stronger/faster in your WODS. Lots of pounds were shed collectively, but keep in mind the scale was never our primary focus. Time to find a new challenge. Do you want to tackle the Oahu list on our back door? The Seattle banner hanging on the wall? Do you want to continue to be held accountable for your nutritional intake? Consider our FREE Saturday group sessions (scheduled to resume promptly). Give some thought to private/semi-private sessions to take your strength & conditioning program to the next level. Some of you have been extremely good about intoducing friends/family to the strength and conditioning community we all love (and we thank you!). Spread the word, give the gift of health! Don’t let your success stop with the end of the paleo challenge.
